Maintenance contracts

Our support and maintenance contracts

After reviewing through the available options, choose one of the five website support and maintenance plans.

For https://cleanmylaundry.com/, I have opted not to have a maintenance support agreement.

Service Level Agreement – Core Plan

This Service Level Agreement is made and entered into by and between S&S Connections, Inc. with its principal place of business at 16 Madison Square West, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10010, represented by Ron-el Greaves, and Ruth Chance for website https://cleanmylaundry.com, with its principal place of business at 5007 York Rd, 1C Baltimore, MD 21212.

  1. Services

The Vendor agrees to provide the Client with services as outlined in the Core SLA Plan, including but not limited to 60 minutes of support per month, 24/7 support availability, and basic security checks.

  1. Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Vendor an annual fee of $300. All charges will be against the retainer, and invoices will be sent monthly.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Vendor’s liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered under this Agreement. The Vendor shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

  1. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and continue for a period of one year. Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice. No refunds will be provided upon cancellation.

  1. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) Contract – Plan 1

This Service Level Agreement is made and entered into by and between S&S Connections, Inc. with its principal place of business at 16 Madison Square West, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10010, represented by Ron-el Greaves, and Ruth Chance for website https://cleanmylaundry.com, with its principal place of business at 5007 York Rd, 1C Baltimore, MD 21212.

  1. Services

The Vendor agrees to provide the Client with services as outlined in the Plan 1 SLA, including but not limited to 180 minutes of support per month, 12-hour response time, and basic monthly data reports.

  1. Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Vendor an annual fee of $525. All charges will be against the retainer, and invoices will be sent monthly.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Vendor’s liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered under this Agreement. The Vendor shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

  1. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and continue for a period of one year. Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice. No refunds will be provided upon cancellation.

  1. Services

The Vendor agrees to provide the Client with services as outlined in the Plan 2 SLA, including but not limited to 360 minutes of support per month, 6-hour response time, extended email support hours, and basic monthly data reports.

  1. Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Vendor an annual fee of $850. All charges will be against the retainer, and invoices will be sent monthly.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Vendor’s liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered under this Agreement. The Vendor shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

  1. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and continue for a period of one year. Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice. No refunds will be provided upon cancellation.

  1. Miscellaneous

This Service Level Agreement is made and entered into by and between S&S Connections, Inc. with its principal place of business at 16 Madison Square West, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10010, represented by Ron-el Greaves, and Ruth Chance for website https://cleanmylaundry.com, with its principal place of business at 5007 York Rd, 1C Baltimore, MD 21212.

  1. Services

The Vendor agrees to provide the Client with services as outlined in the Plan 3 SLA, including but not limited to:

  • 600 minutes of support per month.
  • Expedited email response within 15 minutes.
  • 24/7 Email, Text, and Telephone Support based on availability.
  • 3-hour response time.
  • 12-hour resolution or update or escalation.
  • All hours email support; all days telephone support based on availability.
  • Monthly performance optimization.
  • Monthly security analysis.
  • Incremental daily backups.
  • Monitoring with a 720-hour submission threshold for test submission.
  • Premium monthly data report with dashboard.
  1. Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Vendor an annual fee of $1500. All charges will be against the retainer, and invoices will be sent monthly.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Vendor’s liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered under this Agreement. The Vendor shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.

  1. Term and Termination
