Gerhard leads our Legal & Risk function and also supports the Board of Directors as Corporate Secretary. He has more than 20 years of experience and has served as Corporate Secretary and Corporate Secretary of several publicly traded multinational companies. He believes that the legal and risk function must be innovative, commercial and a key factor for sustainable growth. Werner is an experienced enterprise software leader with an impressive track record and more than 30 years of sales, service and marketing leadership experience at companies like Red Hat. As CRO, he leads the global sales team and is responsible for all revenue-generating activities. Fritz is a Managing Partner at Acton and a seasoned businessman who co-founded OnVista and served as CEO. In addition, Fritz has over 12 years of experience in international management consulting at McKinsey. He has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of XING AG since 2010. After working at Cisco for 21 years on 3 continents and in various roles and roles, Sabrina helps execute Mambu`s global growth expansion plan.
As an integrator and communicator, she focuses on priority initiatives for the CEO and the entire company. Henning is a former co-chairman and CEO of SAP, where he was instrumental in shaping the growth strategy. During and after his time at SAP, Kagermann became a close advisor to German Chancellor Angela Merkel on technology. Henning currently serves on the boards of Deutsche Post and Munich Re. Previously, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Deutsche Bank. Mambu is led by a diverse and talented international team of senior executives who come and work from all corners of the world. Our leadership team is focused on executing Mambu`s strategy to improve banking services for one billion people worldwide. Gerhard du Plessis is Chief Legal Officer & Secretary General of Mambu. Gerhard has more than two decades of experience as a lawyer, including in internal positions in multinational companies. André is a partner at Runa Capital, a venture capital fund founded to pursue opportunities in cloud computing, computing and mobile. He has led investments in companies such as Mambu, Lendio, Smava, Brainly and Zopa. Previously, André worked at Goldman Sachs and UBS.
Carolina is a partner on the EQT Growth team, supporting technology companies and management teams in the scale-up phase. Prior to EQT, Carolina was associated with Softbank`s Vision Fund, where she invested in growth-stage companies globally, and prior to that, Carolina invested in Series A and Series B as a partner at Atomico. Gerhard du Plessis holds a BCL from the University of Oxford, an LL.B. from the University of Stellenbosch and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Stellenbosch. Brian is a partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, one of San Francisco`s oldest and most successful investors with $5 billion in assets under management. They have been instrumental in more than 120 IPOs, including LinkedIn and Skype. Brian focuses on start-up and growth investments in enterprise software and has led many of the company`s investments in vertical software. Fernando is a technology and engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in companies such as Amazon and Microsoft.
It leverages deep technical knowledge gained in hyper-growth environments to help Mambu`s global engineering teams deliver optimal results to customers. With a background in technology and design, as well as degrees in human-computer interaction and computer science, Eugene is the driving force behind Mambu`s vision. He leads an international team that helps shape Mumbu`s next generation of financial services. John is a Managing Partner and founding member of TCV`s European investment efforts. He focuses on investments in software, internet and fintech companies. John`s current investments include Believe, Brex, Celonis, Dream Sports, Klarna, Mambu, Miro, Mollie, Razorpay, RELEX, Sportradar, TradeRepublic, The Pracuj Group and Zeps. Gerhard began his career as a foreign partner at Houthoff from 1996 to 1997. Gerhard then worked as a Senior Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 1998 to 2006. They joined Invensys in 2006 as Senior Legal Counsel. Gerhard was promoted to Acting General Counsel of Invensys Process Systems in 2008 and Acting Vice President of Legal Affairs in 2009. In 2010, they were promoted to General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Invensys Controls.
Gerhard held this position until 2013, when Invensys was acquired by Schneider Electric. With over 20 years of experience in technology and security in the financial services industry and the support of a number of organisations, Bronwyn is leading the development of Mambu`s security organisation and practices in preparation for our next wave of growth. Join us in our mission to create better financial experiences for all. Its manager is Eugene Danilkis, CEO and co-founder. Some of its employees are Ben Snowman – VP, Partnerships and Consulting, Werner Knoblich – Chief Revenue Officer and Charlie Johnston – Chief People Officer. Following the acquisition, Gerhard served as Acting Divisional Consultant/General Counsel at Smiths Group plc from 2013 to 2014. Gerhard then joined Laird PLC from 2014 to 2018 as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. They joined Cobham in January 2019 as Group General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
Gerhard left Cobham in December 2020 and joined Mambu in January 2021. Charlie leads our People function. With 20+ years of global HR experience, his mission is to create “the” workplace in fintech. It is responsible for attracting the best, brightest and most diverse talent and expanding their potential. Tripp is a financial leader with over 20 years of experience in various organizations, including Marqeta and Intuit. As CFO, Tripp will help us continue to drive sustainable and solid growth in all of our key markets.
